The Junior Technical Consultant focuses on TDD and monitoring
The property and IT specialist x.project AG is further expanding its Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Monitoring divisions. To this end, the company recently recruited Linda Rebholz as a Junior Technical Consultant.
Linda Rebholz holds a Master of Engineering “Future-Proof Building” from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering Architecture from the Mainz University of Applied Sciences. Her master’s thesis dealt with the topic “Social and building culture aspects of the technical and energetic design of sustainable urban neighborhood development”. Already during her studies she worked as a student trainee for well-known architectural firms. These include BGF+ in Wiesbaden and Rebholz Immobiliengruppe in Bad Dürrheim.
During her master’s degree, Linda Rebholz also worked as a tutor with a focus on energy design and simulation at the Frankfurt University of Applied Science. While still in her master’s program, she was the winner of an award from Nassauische Heimstätte in a competition on Smart Micro Housing.
She is also a certified energy consultant (residential buildings) and, with training as a DGNB Registered Professional, an expert in the growth market of sustainable construction.
We are very happy that we could win Linda Rebholz. As an award winner in a student competition for environmentally conscious construction, she shows us her special commitment to her work.
