The focus is on the new digital platform with webshop
The real estate and IT specialist x.project AG has appointed Leopold Weinsheimer to the new position of Head of Product Management IT. He will be responsible for the introduction as well as the further development of the new digital, cloud-based platform for real estate technology.
Leopold Weinsheimer studied international civil engineering at Mainz University of Applied Sciences and wrote his thesis on building certification systems. His master’s thesis at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin dealt with the optimal data collection app for technical due diligences (TDDs).
He began his career in 2017 as a project manager at Drees & Sommer. The focus was on the processing of TDDs and monitoring. In addition, he was responsible for digital data acquisition and the digitization of TDD processes. Since 2020, he has been a senior consultant in project management of TDDs and monitoring. Furthermore, he accompanied the project to build a real estate platform in alignment with existing CRM and ERP systems.
Leopold Weinsheimer is a proven specialist when it comes to digital topics in the real estate industry. With his outstanding expertise and hands-on manner, he will give impetus to our existing platform and drive its further development.

The new cloud-based platform will functionally link semi- and fully-automated work processes around all aspects of real estate engineering and will consist of several in-house developed modules. The webshop will be launched this spring.
The company has been on the market with its new interactive platform since 2021. The system combines, among other things, through intelligent and functional links all technical aspects around the real estate management in the portfolio, in the purchase and sale and in the project development.
